Most recent news (21th August 2011) is at the top:

A video of a female triple act

Gymnast's bridges are pretty impressive. There's a youtube clip called "How long can you hold a back bend?" in which a girl manages to do one for about 44 seconds. Don't bother to look at it though, 'cos I've just added a clip to my link page where a troupe of three gymnastic performers do a balancing trick where one holds a backbend for 36 seconds with her two partners on top!

Clip and story added

Kathy the Triathlete is a story recommended to me by by Darren - if you like a musclewoman who really pushes the limit every time, you should like this one! The clip is another human trapeze act, where a girl suspended face down by her ankles and wrists, bent in a semicircle, seems happy to have her partner stand on her back! My favourite bits are where the partner falls and is stopped with a jerk by her friend's arched body, and where the living trapeze actually does a pull-up with her partner hanging from her waist. Impressive stuff!

Another weighted pull-up Clip

Don't you just hate it when they have the camera BEHIND them when they're doing pull-ups? Well here's a treat for tummy lovers, as a very strong woman with plenty of her lovely abdomen revealed arches backwards as she does pull-ups, whilst weighted with 25 pounds. And she does eight of them!

More pull-up Clips!

One with Georgie showing how important determination is when trying to maximise your pull-up performance; another of tamer pull-ups, but from a woman with a gorgeous body!

More Video Clips added

One for those of you who admire women with abs strong enough to resist forceful punches and the willingness to endure them. Another for fans of the steely muscles of Kristelle Sammons.

Single Story Purchase

In response to suggestions, I've made the way you can purchase stories more flexible and affordable. Now it's possible to buy stories individually, so that you can try out a story for less of an outlay. For better value than buying an individual story, you can buy a package of five, like before; but now you can choose which combination of stories to put in a package! Just remember to include the identifying story number(s), so that I know which one(s) to send.

New Illustration

I've had a bash at a new illustration, this is one for you abs fans, as it's for the Package A story Jack-Knife.

Key to story features

I have added a key at the foot of the stories page to show the type of action that each story contains, as a better guide to how exciting the story might be to you. The letters coresponding to the key are in the story title lines. Oh yes, and I took out some old broken links and added some new video ones today.

Another video link added

Another new link, this one to a video of two eastern contortionists, one male and the other a shapely female. She supports his full weight in a number of contorted poses, the last one being most impressive!

Video link added

I added a link to a clip of a gorgeous, muscular woman showing her strength and beauty in her aerial act.The definition is high and the camera work great.

Package C available!

I have now completed "Package C" with the story "Hayley's Dare" and have illustrated it, along with a picture for the "Queen Of Abs". I hope that you enjoy the new content.

New artwork

I've finished "The Rival Brides" now, my longest story yet, so just one more story to go before the release of Package C. I've treated myself to a sketching session and the result is an illustration for "Sub", which you can now see via the STORIES page.

More video links

Thanks to Tom for pointing me towards a couple of videos of Japanese girls testing their abdominal endurance. I've added them to the links page - watch out though, they're big.

New sample story!

I thought I'd release "Daya" as sample no. 2. It's a preview of the new stories I'm creating these days, for Package C. I hope to have the new collection available soon. I have also added a third column to my story page, so that you can see what's coming. I've now added a few illustrations, too! More on the way...

Extra Links

I know that you like my links page, so I've added a couple more picture links and a video link. Meanwhile, I'm working on two more stories, "The Rival Brides" and "Queen Of Abs". Someone asked about story length, so I've included word counts on the story page to show these - but remember, quantity isn't usually an indicator of quality! I've also started illustrations of scenes from the stories, to put on the website. It'll take a while, so I think I may start adding them before I finish the full set.

Pull-ups

I thought I'd try to do some pull-ups last week. I tried, but couldn't even do one! It gave me a new respect for people like some of those in the clips in my video links. Have you ever bought those 1 litre cartons of milk or juice? I usually purchase them by the trayful. A tray takes 12 cartons. Each carton weight 1kg. So a tray weighs 12kg, which is about 26 lbs. Try picking a tray up next time you're at the supermarket. Boy, that's heavy, right? Now imagine having to lift that, as well as your bodyweight, whilst doing a pull-up. Now go look at my link to Crystal West lifting the equivalent of 3 trays! Look at her shaking with the effort! Then read my stories, where the women exceed even that feat of strength!

More Video Links

Here are another three links to strong women doing extraorinary things.

New Links

I've just added some links to videos that I think you tummy enthusiasts might like.

Daya & Planche

"Daya" is finished now and I've also completed another story called "Planche", about a gymnast. I'm trying to decide the theme of the next story. If anyone has feedback on any of the stories I've read, it might help me to keep moving in the right direction.

Daya

I've been working on "Daya", my latest story for Package C and am quite pleased with it. It's a story set in the Far East, which I thought out in some detail beforehand, months before starting to type it in. I would say that it's my most carefully crafted story yet.

Commission

Someone's offered me a commission to write specialist stories for them. Wow!

Sub

I've produced a new story for the forthcoming Package C. It's called "Sub" and is an underwater rescue tale. It's one which I actually wrote down years and years ago. I don't have the paper but I easily remembered it and typed it in. I've left it for a while, and will go through it again soon, improving it and polishing it up.
